Dear Families,

 

The Guidance Program at Stevenson Elementary consists of classroom guidance, small group and individual counseling, and parent/teacher collaboration. Lessons are taught from kindergarten through third grade throughout the year. Although the lessons change in complexity from year to year, there are similar themes throughout. Some topics are as follows: anger management, responsibilities, acceptance, differences, how to be a friend, cooperative learning, bullying, etc.
