This summer Grandview Heights High School students, staff, and alumni are studying marine biology and scuba diving in Curacao (an island country in the Caribbean and part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands) at the Carmabi Natuur Milieu Educatie. The group was also were able to participate in a community service opportunity by cleaning up a year's worth of plastics from one of their bokas (beaches). Bobcats giving back miles away from home!  The trip, coordinated by GHHS Science Teacher Dr. Jo Lee, is the second school trip to Curacao.
