On Thursday, October 9, seventh grade students, along with many teachers and parent volunteers, traveled to the Heartland Retreat and Conference Center near Marengo, Ohio, for their annual ropes course and team building experience. The Heartland staff expertly guided students through not only the challenging ropes courses, but through the many team building exercises as well. The beautiful day, cool and rain free, and delicious Heartland lunch was the perfect compliment to a successful day of learning and growing together as a student community.
