Hello! My name is Mrs. Parnell, and I am very excited to be a part of the first grade team at Robert Louis Stevenson Elementary.

I grew up in New Albany, Ohio with an older sister and a younger brother. Fun fact, Superintendent Culp was my middle school principal. I went to college at Ohio University where I earned a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and a master’s degree in reading education. I am a third-generation bobcat. OU oh yeah! This will be my fourth year teaching and my second year at RLS.
