A "wall breaking” ceremony to celebrate the improvements to the Health and Wellness Center is scheduled for Tuesday, June 16, at 5 p.m. Attendees are asked to enter the gymnasium through the Fairview Avenue entrance. Please note that the Fairview Avenue parking lot will be closed for repairs. The Oakland Avenue lot, Senior lot, and street parking will be available.
The Health and Wellness Center Committee is holding a community fundraiser this Sunday, June 14, at Byrne’s Pub beginning at 1:30 p.m. to raise funds to support the improvements being made to the Health and Wellness Center. The fundraiser will feature a full day of Grandview Heights bands including Blue Spectrum, 5 Star Groove, Poorhouse Rockers, Emma Rose, and Nerve Damage. There will be no cover charge, but any and all donations to support the improvements will be appreciated.
