From 2015 to 2022, the Strategic Plan of Grandview Heights Schools served as a guiding force, leading the district through various improvements and advancements in our educational approach. 

In July 2022, we initiated a thorough review of our Strategic Plan. This process was undertaken by a dedicated committee of students, teachers, administrators, board members, and community members. Their diligent and thoughtful efforts have culminated in a revitalized plan, and we're profoundly grateful for their commitment to enhancing our district and creating an optimal environment for our students to flourish.

In June 2023, the newly updated Strategic Plan was presented to the Board of Education. It is intended to be a comprehensive roadmap that will guide our district in delivering top-tier educational experiences for our students, staff, and the broader school community. This plan not only underlines our dedication to academic excellence, but also highlights our unwavering commitment to supporting each student's holistic growth. It forms the backbone of all of our key decisions, informing learning methodologies, resource allocation, environment development, and routine operations.
