CARRY ON THE TRADITION, LIGHT UP THE NIGHT, FUND A SCHOLARSHIP

Lighting the streets of Grandview with luminaries on Christmas Eve has been a tradition since 1987. The Grandview Civic Welfare Club will be selling the luminary kits (candles, sand, and white bags) at the Grandview Public Library on 12/7, 8 and 12/14-16, 2019  -  5 sale days ONLY!  Candles and bags will be available on those days, Saturdays 11 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Sundays 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. The final sale date will be Monday, December 16, from 11:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.  In addition, other items (knitted items, ornaments, Bobcat socks, etc ) are available for sale.

Continuing the tradition since 1996, the proceeds from the sale will fund scholarships for Grandview Heights High School seniors.  The brighter the streets on Christmas Eve (or in case of inclement weather, New Year’s Eve), the more scholarships!  Please see the attached flyer.
