Community Invitation

On Thursday, April 19, at 6:30 p.m., Grandview Heights High School will host CanYouSeeMeNow?, A HART Drug and Alcohol Use Awareness Initiative, that allows attendees to explore a simulated teen bedroom to identify potential warning signs of drug and alcohol use and risky behavior.  This program is for adults only.  Parents, educators, coaches, youth leaders, caregivers, advisors, and others who connect with youth are invited to attend.  The schedule is as follows:
 
6:00-6:30 p.m.
Resource fair and informal Q&A 
 
6:30-8:30 p.m.
  • Walk through simulated teen bedroom. Can you find the Juul? 
  • Todd Mccullough, a Grandview Heights parent, will share his personal experience 
  • Grandview Heights Police present data of drugs and crime on our streets
  • Dr. Jamie Lusher, Chief Academic Officer, will outline K-12 prevention, wellness and school support services
