hello my name is Andy Kaufman I'm the superintendent of Grandview Heights schools as most of you all know Grandview Heights schools isn't been involved in a long facility planning process for the past year  recently the Consultant Group that we hired completed a facility assessment the outcome of that assessment that included scouring every inch of every facility involved in our school district was that our buildings are woefully old is much maintenance and prefer capital Improvement that needs to be done environment in our classrooms also need to be addressed  over the coming weeks and months you will receive information about a facility planning process and community outreach meetings that I urge each and every one of you to attend these meetings are going to be critically important because it is going to be this process that dictates the outcome of what ends up ultimately happening there's been no decisions made I do not know what the outcome will be or what the final plan will be it'll be the process that dictation your voice so urge you to participate and actively participate because again your voice matters a century ago this community made an investment in the Network currently  add I wonder if it isn't this Generations turn to pay it forward in a similar so I look forward to and hope to see you in the coming weeks and months at these important community events please be a part of our facility planning process because it is the process that will dictate the outcome thank you
