In 7th grade science, we utilize a variety of formative assessments such as: labs, outdoor experiences, and in-class activities. Reading and writing Common Core lessons are also infused in the science classroom. Information is presented in the format of Power Points & short video clips. Notes are taken in Comp Books which stay in the classroom and go home before assessments to study. These Comp Books serve as the student's textbook and lab book that they reference all year.
